- ABOUT THE LEARNING CURVE PROGRAM
“High Park Family Fun Place provides our daughter, Natalie, many opportunities for fun and learning.
From the time she was a toddler she has enjoyed the play centre and she always looks forward to playing Pirate Ship on the huge playscape. But the centre is much more than an indoor playground. The wide range of programs and activities allows Natalie to explore and be creative.
One program in particular, The Learning Curve, has been a wonderful addition to Natalie’s mornings. The Learning Curve is a 2-hr pre-school program which offers the children more structured play and learn activities led by an ECE teacher. The program is unique in that there is an emphasis on the “learning” aspect. There is music, art, reading, basic writing and counting, and French. Through this program she has learned to be more independent and confident around other children, and is much better prepared for the transition to school next year.

- ABOUT THE LEARNING CURVE PROGRAM
“It started out as a need to just get out of the house.
But where? A place where our 3 year old and 1 year old can frolic and climb, get exercise and entertain themselves.
We needed to take a break from the stress and strain of being at home, even if it’s for a couple of hours a day. Little did we know the place we found, we made friends and now more connected to the community?
As it turned out, our 3 year old kept asking almost daily when he can go back to meet The Learning Curve teacher and his friend in class.
We are delighted with the learning improvements he brings home as well as the diversity of what he’s learning.
We are excited to see what our 3 year old will experience in class each week.
Play is easier, Learning is more fun, following the 1 year old is less tiring,
Feeding is more enjoyable and conversations are sweet.
We look forward to growing in the garden of HP Family Fun Place.”
